Cream of Mushroom Soup

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 liter chicken broth
- 1 cup cooking cream
- Salt
- White pepper
Method

- Melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onion until soft. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms and cook, then stir in the flour and add the chicken stock. Let them simmer for about ten minutes.
