Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon turmeric or a small pinch of saffron
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of white pepper
- A pinch of rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it over the salmon
- Sauce to accompany the salmon:
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Sprinkle black pepper, salt, and Parmesan cheese to taste

Method
- Mix the marinade ingredients and spread them over the salmon.
- Cook the seasoned salmon over direct heat (top broil) or place it in the oven to roast for about 15 minutes—no more, to avoid drying the fish.Timers: 15 min
- Squeeze the juice of a lemon over the salmon.
- Place the crushed garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- When the garlic softens, add the mushrooms and sauté well.
- Add the spinach and continue to cook, then stir in the tablespoon of flour and keep stirring.
- Finally add the cup of cooking cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt, black pepper and sprinkle Parmesan to taste.
- Place the salmon in the sauce and simmer together for about 5 minutes only.Timers: 5 min
