Salmon with cream and spinach! A fresh, inventive way to prepare and serve salmon!

Ingredients:

4 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon dried coriander

Pinch ground black pepper

Pinch ground white pepper

Pinch dried rosemary

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:

Mix the marinade ingredients and spread them over the salmon.

Cook the seasoned salmon over direct heat (top broil) or place it in the oven to roast for about 15 minutes—no more, to avoid drying the fish.

Squeeze the juice of a lemon over the salmon.

Sauce to serve with the salmon:

4 garlic cloves, crushed

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

Parmesan cheese, to taste

1 cup cooking cream (heavy cream)

1 tablespoon flour

Method:

Place the crushed garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

When the garlic softens, add the mushrooms and sauté well.

Add the spinach and continue to cook, then stir in the tablespoon of flour and keep stirring.

Finally add the cup of cooking cream and cook until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt, black pepper and sprinkle Parmesan to taste.

Place the salmon in the sauce and simmer together for about 5 minutes only.
