Steak with vegetables — a rich and delicious meal

Ingredients

  • Steak slices
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage
  • Broccoli
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Put a little oil in a frying pan over the heat... sprinkle a little salt on the steak, then place it in the oil for one minute on each side.
  2. Remove the steak from the pan and place it on a baking tray.
  3. Crush the garlic and mix it with vinegar, soy sauce, parsley, and pepper, then pour it over the steak.
  4. Cover the tray tightly with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 200°C.
  5. When the meat is cooked, cut the vegetables into medium-sized pieces, then take the steak out of the oven. Pour a little steak broth into a bowl, place the vegetables over the steak, and pour the broth we set aside over them so they absorb the flavor.
  6. Cover the tray again with foil and return the steak and vegetable tray to the oven for just five minutes.
