Vegetable Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • Cooked spaghetti
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Coarsely crushed fresh black pepper
  • Herb bouillon cube
  • Olive oil
  • Water
  • Garnish the vegetable spaghetti with chopped parsley and black pepper.

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Heat olive oil in a wide pan over heat and sauté the onion until wilted. Add garlic and cook a few minutes, then add the sweet and hot peppers, then the carrot and zucchini…
  2. Toss the ingredients with a pinch of salt and black pepper for a few more minutes, then add tomatoes with tomato paste and a little water to form the desired sauce…
  3. We want a light sauce, not loose. Crumble the vegetable stock cube over the sauce and let the ingredients simmer for about 5 minutes, and finally add the spaghetti and stir for a few minutes.

  4. Garnish the vegetable spaghetti with chopped parsley and cracked black pepper.
