One-Pan Chicken and Potatoes

- Bone-in chicken pieces, cut and well washed
- Onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- A pinch of curry spice
- 1 red chili
- A pinch of turmeric
- A pinch of chicken seasoning
- Salt
- 4 potatoes
Method
- Wash the chicken pieces well with salt, lemon, and vinegar, and place them in a colander.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them as desired, into cubes or slices.
- Mix the chicken with the spices and put them in a baking tray with the potatoes. Add a little oil and a little lukewarm water and cover the tray with aluminum foil.
- Simmer the tray over low heat until the chicken is cooked, then put the tray in the oven and remove the foil so the chicken browns.
