Chicken-Stuffed Pizza Rolls
An inventive twist on pizza — pizza rolls filled with chicken. Use this tested dough recipe and feel free to swap the filling for whatever you like.

Pizza dough ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup warm water
Chicken filling ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup pizza-style cheese

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a bowl, place the flour and salt and mix, then make a well and add the yeast and sugar with half the water; stir them and leave for about 5 minutesTimers: 5 min
- Add the remaining water and oil and knead together until a cohesive dough forms
- Place the pizza roll dough in a bowl greased with oil, cover it and leave for two hours to rise and rest well.
- After the required time, cut the dough into pieces of the desired size and either roll them out to make small or large pizza rolls
- Mix the chicken and the sauce, place the cheese on the rolled-out dough, then add an appropriate amount of chicken to each cut piece of dough and then roll them up into rolls
- Brush the pizza rolls on top with egg, then let them proof for about half an hour and afterwards bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutesTimers: 20 min
