Ingredients
- whole turkey
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 head garlic
- 1/4 cup oil or butter
- chopped cilantro
- chopped parsley
- dried oregano or thyme
- salt
- pepper
- paprika or sweet red pepper powder
- turmeric
- ground cumin
- bay leaves or rosemary or any other spices as desired

Method
- Wash the turkey well and let it drain.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and grind them until you have a smooth mixture.
- Separate the turkey skin from the meat and make slits all over the turkey.
- Spread the mixture well under the turkey skin.
- Place it in an oven roasting bag and leave it in the refrigerator overnight so the meat absorbs the mixture.
- The next day, put the bag on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 180°C for 3 hours.Timers: 180 min
- You can brown it after it is cooked by removing it from the roasting bag.
