Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon and a half teaspoons butter
  • about 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 45 g instant yeast
  • Warm water as needed for the dough

Method

  1. First mix the dry ingredients... then add the butter and yeast dissolved in a little warm water...
  2. Add water gradually and slowly and continue kneading... Finally add the vegetable oil and knead well until you have a smooth, well-integrated dough
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for about an hour to rise well... After the required time, roll out the dough or shape it to your preferred size and bake the bread in the oven for baked goods or manakeesh to get the desired result...
