Method
- Wash the vegetables and dry them well.
- Arrange the ingredients in order in a wide serving bowl. Start with the different vegetables, then the feta cut into small cubes, then the pomegranate seeds and bread cubes. Slice the white onion into thin rings, separate the rings and distribute them over the salad. Fry the pine nuts in a little vegetable oil and scatter them over the salad.
