Vegetable appetizers with dip:
Ingredients
- Carrots
- Cucumber
- Celery
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons labneh
- Garlic powder
- Green onion, salt
- Fresh green parsley
- We prepare the dip consisting of:
- Mix 1 cup cream cheese with the labneh, a pinch of salt, a pinch of garlic powder, a little finely chopped green onion, and a pinch of finely chopped parsley. Mix all these ingredients well to obtain a spreadable dip.

Method
- Wash and peel the vegetables and cut the carrots, cucumber, and celery into long finger-like sticks.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes but leave them whole, or cut them in half if preferred.
- Put a little of the dip at the bottom of each serving cup.
- Place a few vegetable sticks vertically into the cups.
- Thread 3 cherry tomatoes onto an appetizer skewer and place it beside the vegetable sticks.
