Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- A small coffee cup of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Method
- Mix only 2 cups of flour with the warm water, milk, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave for only 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes, add 3 cups of flour and the oil, knead well, then use the dough immediately
