  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice

Method

  1. Soak the khubeiza in salt, vinegar, and water to remove all the sand, and wash it several times
  2. Drain it well
  3. Chop the onion very finely and sauté it in a little olive oil until wilted, then add the chopped khubeiza and stir
  4. Leave the pot over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked and wilted
  5. Turn off the heat, add salt and lemon juice to taste, and mix
  6. Serve it hot or cold and eat it with bread
