Ingredients

  • 3 bunches parsley, washed earlier and dried
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Salt
  • When it is time to serve the tabbouleh, mix it with the liquid ingredients:
  • Lemon juice (about 3 lemons, but this is to taste)
  • Note:
  • (For delicious tabbouleh, all the vegetables must be dry, so make sure to remove the water after washing them and then chop them later)
