- 3 bunches parsley, washed earlier and dried
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1 bunch green onions
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
- Salt
- When it is time to serve the tabbouleh, mix it with the liquid ingredients:
- Lemon juice (about 3 lemons, but this is to taste)
- Note:
- (For delicious tabbouleh, all the vegetables must be dry, so make sure to remove the water after washing them and then chop them later)

Method
- Chop the ingredients and place them in a bowl with 1 cup fine bulgur (the bulgur should have been soaked earlier in a small cup with a little tomato juice)
- Add the olive oil and salt as well, and mix the tabbouleh well..
