Ingredients
- 1 kilo Swiss chard
- 1/2 cup red beans
- 2 large onions
- 1 small head of garlic
- Olive oil
Method
- Wash the Swiss chard leaves, drain them, then chop them...
- In a pot over the heat, boil a large amount of water, then add the leaves to the boiling water and cook until tender
- Earlier... soak the beans overnight, boil them the next day, and drain them
- When the Swiss chard is cooked, drain it and squeeze it well to remove the water
- In a skillet, saute the sliced onions with the chopped garlic as well.. fry them in oil until they turn golden
