Ingredients

  • cleaned shrimp
  • oil
  • two onions, sliced into wedges
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • carrot, chopped
  • mushrooms, chopped
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • seasoning with chicken bouillon cube flavor
  • a pinch of sweet spice
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • two cups water
  • bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • Rice:
  • 2 cups rice, soaked for 15 minutes in room-temperature water
  • vegetable oil
  • salt to taste
  • water according to the type of rice (1 1/2 to 2 cups for each cup of rice)
  • Rice method:
  • In a pot, add the oil and let it heat slightly, then add the drained and washed rice.
  • Stir gently for a few minutes, then add the water and salt and stir gently.

Method

  1. Sauté the cleaned, washed, and drained shrimp with a little oil until it changes color and its water evaporates.
  2. Then add the onion and garlic and stir until softened.
  3. Add the carrot, mushrooms, spices, and salt and stir a little.
  4. Add the flour and stir until it absorbs the oil, then pour in the water, stir, and let the water come to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat, and when the carrot is cooked, add the bell pepper and let them boil a little as well.
  6. Finally, add the cream and let the shrimp with vegetables and cream boil together for 5 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat.

  7. Serve it alongside white rice.
  8. When the water boils, reduce the heat and cover the pot.
  9. Leave the rice for about 20 minutes to cook.
