  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • black pepper

Method

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado with a spoon while keeping the skin intact.
  2. Mash the avocado with mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and a pinch of black pepper. Put the mixture into the avocado shell. Place boiled shrimp seasoned with black pepper and oregano on top of the sauce.
  3. Serve the shrimp with cocktail sauce as a cold appetizer.
