- 1 liter milk
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1 small cup rice
- 2 small cups sugar or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mastic
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water

Method
- Soak the rice in water the night before making the rice pudding.
- We recommend not washing the rice multiple times before soaking; wash it only once to retain its starch.
- The next day, add the powdered and liquid milk over low heat.
- When the milk boils, stirring occasionally, add the rice gradually... when the rice is cooked add the sugar and continue stirring over low heat.
- When the milk thickens, remove the pot from the heat and add the cream, ground mastic, and orange blossom water.
- Return the pot to low heat for two minutes, then remove from the heat. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes, then pour into serving dishes and garnish as desired.
