  • بطاطا مقطعة مكعبات
  • لحمة قطع
  • كزبرة
  • ثوم
  • ملح

Method

  1. Boil the meat with aromatics until it is well cooked.
  2. Fry the potato cubes in hot, abundant oil until golden, then remove them from the oil and drain.
  3. In a pot, fry the chopped garlic until it softens, then add the chopped coriander and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add the boiled meat and fry it with them until it browns.
  5. Add the fried potatoes then the meat's boiling stock.
  6. Let it simmer a little on medium heat then serve the potato stew alongside rice cooked with vermicelli.
