Ingredients
- 1 cup plain, unfilled biscuits
- 1 cup Aleppo pistachios (shelled pistachios)
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 medium spoon rose water
- 1 medium spoon orange blossom water
- 1/4 teaspoon green food coloring - optional
- Cut the Pistachio Pasha dough into small balls
- Brush the maamoul mold with a little oil and place a dough ball in the mold to take the desired shape

Method
- Grind the biscuits into a fine powder.
- Grind the pistachios as well until you have a fine mixture.
- Mix all ingredients together, then knead well until a cohesive dough forms.
- Shape the Pistachio Pasha dough into small balls.
- Lightly oil an maamoul mold and press each dough ball into the mold to form the desired shape.
- Remove the shaped sweets, arrange them on a serving plate and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
