Pistachio Pasha sweets are very easy and delicious — give them a try!

Ingredients:

1 cup plain, unsweetened biscuits (cookies)

1 cup shelled pistachios

1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tbsp powdered sugar

1/2 tbsp rose water

1/2 tbsp orange blossom water

1/4 tsp green food coloring (optional)

Method:

Grind the biscuits into a fine powder.
Grind the pistachios as well until you have a fine mixture.
Mix all ingredients together, then knead well until a cohesive dough forms.
Shape the Pistachio Pasha dough into small balls.
Lightly oil an maamoul mold and press each dough ball into the mold to form the desired shape.
Remove the shaped sweets, arrange them on a serving plate and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
