- 1 package long pasta (spaghetti or similar)
- 2 medium onions
- 500 g coarsely ground beef
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of seven-spice mix (baharat)
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- Water as needed

Method
- Place a pot on the stove with water. When the water boils, add one teaspoon of salt then add the long pasta strands.
- Stir them briefly, then leave them to cook until done.
- Meanwhile, chop the onion into small cubes and put it in a pot with a little vegetable oil and sauté.
- When it turns golden, add the meat and stir until cooked, then add the spices, salt, and tomato paste and stir.
- Then add about four to five cups of water, cover the pot, and let it boil for about five minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta on top and stir, then add the pomegranate molasses and stir again.
- Leave the pasta with pomegranate molasses on the heat for several minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve immediately while hot.
