  • 50 grams butter
  • Half a large can of sweetened condensed milk
  • A mold or cup for shaping the mixture
  • Ground pistachios for garnish

Method

  1. Break the vermicelli into very small pieces and place over low heat, stirring constantly until its color changes slightly ...
  2. Add the butter while continuing to stir until the vermicelli turns golden ... turn off the heat, then add the necessary amount of sweetened condensed milk to bind the vermicelli together ...
  3. Place ground pistachios in the mold you will use to shape the vermicelli (you may use any appropriately sized cup or small glass you have), then press the vermicelli over them firmly; after that, invert easily onto the serving plate
