- 1 kg okra
- 1 dry onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 green hot pepper
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- Salt and spices as desired

Method
- Cut the onion into large slices and slice the garlic as well, then fry them in vegetable oil.
- Chop the green hot chili pepper.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and fry them together for a while, then add one cup of water.
- Fry the okra separately in hot deep oil.
- When the vegetables (onion and tomato) come to a boil, add the fried okra and leave it for about ten minutes before removing from the heat.
- Note: Sun-dried tomatoes can be replaced with fresh tomatoes if dried ones are unavailable. Also be careful not to over-salt this recipe because sun-dried tomatoes contain a lot of salt.
