Okra with meat and lamb ribs — a rich, delicious recipe. Okra is one of the finest and most flavorful stews.
Ingredients
- Dried okra 150 g
- Lamb ribs
- Meat, cut into pieces
- Small piece of butter
- Small head of garlic
- Half a bunch fresh cilantro (coriander)
- 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Method
- Boil the okra until it becomes slightly tender.
- Place it in a colander to drain off the water.
- Fry it in a little oil without letting it brown, then place it on kitchen paper to absorb the oil.
- In a pot, put the lamb ribs and meat pieces and brown them until the liquids evaporate completely.
- When their color changes, add butter, crushed garlic, and chopped coriander and sauté briefly.
- When they soften, add the tomatoes and tomato sauce with about 1 liter of water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the meat is tender.
- When the meat is cooked, add the okra and salt, then let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- Serve the okra with meat and lamb ribs with fluffy rice with vermicelli.
