Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies (or another cookie of your choice)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 300 g Double Cream cheese (one 300 g tub)
  • 300 g Philadelphia cream cheese or any other cream cheese (300 g)
  • 1 large can sweetened condensed milk (Nestlé)
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetarian gelatin
  • Fruits for garnish as desired

Method

  1. Crush the biscuits until fine, then mix them with the butter.
  2. Press them firmly into the cheesecake pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and gelatin well with an electric mixer.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  5. Decorate with the fruits you like or chocolate, as desired.
  6. Serve the Oreo cheesecake cold.
