- 1 tomato
- 1 hot green pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- half a bunch of fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 cup mushrooms, canned or fresh
- 4 basil leaves
- half a bunch of green onions

Method
- Wash all the vegetables and dry them well.
- Finely chop the vegetables, crush the garlic, and mix it with the hot pepper. Place the mushrooms in a serving dish and add the various vegetables on top.
- Mix the ingredients with the spices, salt, and olive oil. Garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves.
