Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 hot green pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, canned or fresh
  • 4 basil leaves
  • half a bunch of green onions

Method

  1. Wash all the vegetables and dry them well.
  2. Finely chop the vegetables, crush the garlic, and mix it with the hot pepper. Place the mushrooms in a serving dish and add the various vegetables on top.
  3. Mix the ingredients with the spices, salt, and olive oil. Garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves.
