  • 1 cup fine bulgur
  • half cup flour
  • half cup water or less, just for kneading
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • a bunch of parsley
  • a head of garlic (about 7 cloves)
  • dried mint
  • Put water in the pot and when it boils add the kibbeh balls... After 15 minutes add pomegranate molasses, half a bunch of parsley finely chopped, a head of garlic, and dried mint

  2. Put water in a pot. When it boils, add the rounds. After 15 minutes, add pomegranate molasses and half a bunch of chopped parsley, garlic, and dried mint.
