Light Muffin Recipe

  • 1/3 cup corn oil
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • A pinch of lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Method
