Za'atar, Cheese, and Olive Rolls

- 2 tablespoons instant yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 cups flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Filling as desired: za'atar, cheese and olives, or chocolate
Method
- Place the instant yeast with 1 tablespoon of the sugar and mix it with the cup of warm water.
- When the mixture has fermented, add the vinegar, the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar, the flour, and the salt. Mix well until you get a smooth dough, then let it rest for about 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- After the required time has passed, roll out the dough and cut it lengthwise. Fill the dough with any filling you like: za'atar, cheese and olives, chocolate...
- Brush the long strip of dough and roll it up like a sandwich, then shape it into circles like cinnamon rolls.... Place the filled dough rolls in a glass baking dish suitable for the oven after greasing it with a little butter...
