Method
- Cut the onion into large pieces so that each onion is divided into 4 pieces.
- Fry the onion with the meat pieces after adding the ghee. Sauté the meat and onion and add salt and black pepper or baharat.
- After frying the meat, cover it with water and put it over low heat until it boils for about half an hour.
- In another pot, put the yogurt with the cornstarch and stir it over low heat until it boils.
- When the yogurt boils, add the meat and onions to it and possibly add more salt and black pepper to taste...
- Let the ingredients simmer over low heat for a while until they are well cooked..
- Serve Laban Amo or Shakeriya alongside rice with vermicelli
