Ingredients
- 1 kilo yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Prepared kibbeh patties... here is how to make them from Rana fried kibbeh
- crushed garlic
- fresh coriander
- salt
- fried nuts in ghee or butter - optional

Method
- Strain the yogurt and put it in a pot with the water and starch, stirring well while cold.
- Place the pot over the heat and stir constantly so the yogurt doesn't curdle... cook over medium heat.
- Fry the kibbeh until half‑cooked.
- When the yogurt boils, add the kibbeh patties after draining them well from the oil.
- Let the yogurt boil again over low heat until the kibbeh is fully cooked.
- Sauté the garlic and coriander briefly and add them to the yogurt, adjust the salt, and let them simmer for two minutes.
- Add the fried nuts and a sprinkle of fresh coriander, then turn off the heat.
