Dough ingredients:

1 kilo flour

1 cup liquid milk

1 cup warm water

1 and a half tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons butter

1 egg

1/4 cup oil

1 tablespoon instant yeast

How to prepare the dough:

Mix all the ingredients and knead well until you get a smooth, well combined dough. Leave the dough to rest and rise for 1 hour.

Water can be added to the dough as needed.

Lahm bi ajeen topping:

1 kilo minced meat

1/2 kilo onions

1 kilo tomatoes

Hot pepper or chili, to taste

A pinch of cinnamon

A pinch of black pepper

How to prepare the topping and lahm bi ajeen:

Finely chop the onion and coarsely chop the tomatoes, then mix all the ingredients and spread them over the dough circles.

Bake the lahm bi ajeen in a preheated hot oven.
