Method
- Dissolve two packs of Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water (each pack with 1 cup of boiling water).
- Lightly oil the mold and pour the Jell-O into it, then place it in the freezer until it sets.
- In a bowl, dissolve two packs of Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water and set it aside to cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, whip the cream with the sugar until it thickens.
- Then add the dissolved Jell-O, which you left to cool a little at room temperature, to the cream and whip them together until well combined.
- Pour this mixture over the hardened Jell-O layer in the mold.
- Cover the mold and leave it in the refrigerator for no less than 4 hours or until the mold is well set.
- To serve, put a bowl of boiling water and place the mold in it for just ten seconds, then invert the mold onto a serving plate.
