- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and knead well.
- You can add more liquid milk if the dough feels stiff.
- Divide the dough into a large and a small portion. Roll out about two-thirds of the dough into the tart pan.
