- Half a kilo fine semolina
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon 'Aqda Safra' - turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground anise or orange blossom water
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- Water as needed
- Grease the pan with a little butter and place it in the preheated oven. Bake the safouf at about 180°C for approximately half an hour depending on the oven.
Method
