  • Basmati rice, soaked for 15 minutes in lukewarm water
  • Chicken breasts
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • Garlic
  • A pinch of chicken seasoning
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Salt
  • A pinch of curry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cups water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Yogurt
  • A pinch of paprika
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • Put two tablespoons of oil in a pot over the heat, then add the finely chopped onion and two crushed garlic cloves and add the rice with the mixed spices:
  • A pinch of chicken seasoning / black pepper / salt / a pinch of curry / 1 tablespoon butter
  • Cover the ingredients with water and let them cook until done.

Method
