Ingredients
- 1 package or bag of pasta or noodles*
- 2 green or colored peppers
- 2 carrots
- 1 large dry onion
- Swiss chard leaves and baby spinach
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Sesame oil - or vegetable oil
- Note:
- This recipe can be made non-vegetarian by adding shrimp or pieces of boiled chicken, as desired.

Method
- Slice the various vegetables into thin strips...
- Place a pot over the heat and add 1 cup water and soy sauce.
- When the water boils, add the pasta or noodles and stir a little so they separate and cook, then drain them in a colander to remove the water.
- Separately, in a large skillet, heat vegetable oil or sesame oil, depending on what you have.
- Sauté the onion slices and vegetables until softened, then add the pasta or noodles.
- Toss the pasta or noodles with the vegetables for 5 minutes until they absorb all the flavors.Timers: 5 min
