Vegetable pasta is one of the tastiest pasta dishes, and the same seasoning can be used with noodles to make a delicious dish with a bold, rich flavor

Ingredients:

1 package or bag of pasta or noodles*

2 green or colored peppers

2 carrots

1 large dry onion

Swiss chard leaves and baby spinach

3 celery stalks

1 cup chopped mushrooms

1 cup water

1/2 cup soy sauce

Sesame oil - or vegetable oil

Preparation:

Cut the assorted vegetables into thin slices...

Place a pot over the heat and add the water and soy sauce.

When the water boils, add the pasta or noodles and stir them a little until they separate and cook, then place them in a colander to drain off the water.

Meanwhile, in a wide skillet, add the vegetable oil or sesame oil, depending on what is available.

Sauté the onion slices and vegetables until softened, then add the pasta or noodles.

Toss the pasta or noodles with the vegetables for 5 minutes until they absorb all the flavors.

Note:

This recipe can be made non-vegetarian by adding shrimp or pieces of boiled chicken, as desired.
