- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- zest of 1 whole orange
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 eggs
- vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- a pinch of salt
- Whisk the eggs with the vanilla and orange zest for 10 minutes without stopping...
- Beat for about 3 minutes then pour the batter into the cake pan or baking pan.
