- 1 kilo chicken breast, cut into long strips
- 2 tablespoons freshly crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons shawarma spice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste

Method
- Combine all the ingredients and mix them well, then add them to the sliced chicken breasts. It is best to use fresh garlic, but if it is not available, you can use 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
