  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, sweet red pepper powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Small cup vegetable oil

Method

  1. After washing the gizzards (the kidneys only)
  2. Chicken liver
