How to Make Fattoush

Fattoush — one of the most famous Lebanese salads; we never get enough of it.
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Parsley
- Fresh mint
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Bell pepper
- Radish
- Green onions
- A pinch of sumac
- Salt
- Oil
- Lemon juice
- Pomegranate molasses to taste
- Toasted or fried bread (pita)

Method
- Wash the vegetables well and let them drain
- Roughly chop the lettuce and likewise the tomatoes and cucumbers...
- Pluck the mint and parsley leaves or chop them finely according to preference
- Finely chop the radishes, spring onion and pepper
- Mix the lemon juice, salt, sumac and oil to make the fattoush dressing; you can add pomegranate molasses as desired or drizzle pomegranate molasses over the top in the final step
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix
- Scatter the fried or toasted bread over the top of the fattoush and serve immediately
