Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet (pin bones removed)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic (crushed)
  • A little freshly grated ginger
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Olive oil
  • A pinch of chili flakes
  • Rosemary

Method

  1. Wash the salmon well with vinegar, then with water, and dry it thoroughly
  2. Prepare the marinade: mix the crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, spices, ginger, and soy sauce
  3. Place the salmon in a nonstick pan with rosemary over the heat and a little crushed garlic; sauté them for about 10 minutes until the salmon absorbs the garlic and herb flavors and changes color
    Timers: 10 min
  4. Add the marinade and baste the salmon with it from time to time... leave them on the stovetop over medium to low heat until the fish is cooked
  5. Place them in the oven and broil from above for about 5 minutes only until the fish takes on a shine

  6. Serve the honey-glazed salmon fillet immediately
