Honey salmon fillet — an easy, practical, and delicious recipe!!

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet (pin bones removed) 2 tablespoons soy sauce Honey Garlic (crushed) A little freshly grated ginger A pinch of black pepper Juice of 2 lemons Olive oil A pinch of chili flakes Rosemary

Directions:

Rinse the salmon well with vinegar, then with water, and pat it very dry.
Prepare the marinade: mix the crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, spices, grated ginger, and soy sauce.
Place the salmon in a non-stick pan with the rosemary over the heat, add a little crushed garlic, and cook, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes until the salmon takes on the garlic and herb flavor and changes color.
Add the marinade and baste the salmon with it frequently. Leave on the stove over medium to low heat until the fish is cooked through.
Transfer to the oven and place under the broiler (top heat) for about 5 minutes just until the fish develops a shine.
Serve the honey-glazed salmon fillets immediately.
