Homemade pizza .. exactly the way you like it
Ingredients
- 1 kg flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 cup plain yogurt (raib)
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- Warm water as needed
- Toppings:
- Pitted olives or pizza olives
- Sliced mushrooms
- Sausages - optional
- Mozzarella and cheddar cheese — or as desired
- Green bell pepper, sliced into strips or rings
- Ketchup or ready-made pizza sauce or homemade pizza sauce

Method
- Mix all ingredients except the water, then add the water gradually and knead.
- When the dough becomes soft, smooth, and no longer sticks to your hand, stop kneading. Cover it and let it rest and rise for one hour in a warm place.
- After one hour, take the amount of dough needed for your baking tray, grease the tray with oil, then spread the dough evenly.
- Spread the sauce or ketchup first, then the remaining vegetables, and finally distribute the cheese on top.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven for 15 minutes and keep an eye on the dough. Allow it to cook until the bottom starts to brown.Timers: 15 min
- Brown the cheese on top slightly, then serve the pizza immediately.
