Ingredients
- 3 cups white flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon salt
- a pinch of sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- about 1½ cups spinach juice
- Cut the dough into circles and cover with a damp cloth for about an hour..
- Roll each piece until somewhat thin and cover them again with the cloth …
- Place a nonstick pan over low heat and bake the flatbreads on it on both sides; do not brown them—only for about 2 minutes or until they become lightly colored…
- Then cover the tortilla bread with the cloth so it doesn't harden and wrap them in a bread bag...
- Note:
- If cornmeal is not available, it can be replaced with white flour

Method
- Rub the flours with the dry ingredients, then gradually add the spinach juice until you get a soft, cohesive dough.
- Divide the dough into rounds and cover with a damp cloth for about 1 hour.Timers: 60 min
- Roll each piece out until somewhat thin and cover again with the cloth.
- Place a non-stick griddle or pan over low heat and cook the tortillas on both sides; do not brown them—about 2 minutes total or until lightly golden.Timers: 2 min
- Cover the cooked tortillas with a cloth so they don’t harden, and store them in a bread bag.
