  • Wide loaf of French bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Tomato
  • Black pepper
  • Salt, chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 onion

Method

  1. Cut the bread, then mix the crushed garlic with butter and black pepper and spread the butter mixture over the top of the bread.
  2. Finely chop the parsley, tomato, and onion. Add salt and spices and mix well with the chopped vegetables. Place the vegetables on the garlic-buttered bread and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Place the bread in a preheated oven for no more than 10 minutes or until the desired crispness is achieved.
