Ingredients

  • 300 grams fruit of your choice
  • or
  • strawberries, mango, and blueberries
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons light syrup or honey diluted with water

Method

  1. Peel fruits that need peeling, remove seeds if present, and wash them.
  2. Put the fruits in a blender with a light syrup and blend.
  3. Strain the juice to remove small seeds if present, such as strawberry or berry seeds.
  4. Place the mixture in a container in the refrigerator for about three hours.
  5. After the time has passed, stir them with a fork to achieve the slushie texture and serve.
