Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 250 ml warm milk
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 50 g butter at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Method
- Combine the dry ingredients together.
- Whisk the liquid milk with the eggs well using a fork until the eggs dissolve.
- Begin adding the eggs and milk to the dry ingredients and knead, then add the butter and knead for five minutes.
- Let the dough rest to rise properly.
- Roll out the dough with a light dusting of flour, divide it into four portions, make a long rope from each portion, then braid them together.
- Place the dough in a greased loaf pan with a dusting of flour, then let it puff up.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 40 minutes or according to your oven.
